Reason for objection:

Objection. This is a major remodelling of the existing property &, in our view, should require a full planning application not householder. In addition, new aluminium framed windows throughout & artificial slates to the new roof would be out of character with neighbouring properties & the wider CA. Natural materials should be used instead.
