Reason:

This is a grade II listed building located in the Old Malden Conservation Area that has been much altered over time. The proposal is to remove the existing concrete render from the frontage of the main building elevation, which has been causing problems of damp internally, carry out any necessary repairs and replace with lime breathable render. This proposal is strongly supported.
