Reason for objection:

Objection unless revised as below. This is a retrospective PA. We provided our comments last month under 25/00961. The cheap plastic fascia signage & stick-on vinyl lettering to the projecting sign cause harm to the character & appearance of this listed building & are in breach of the LPA’s own guidance on development in CAs. Better quality materials must be deployed - ideally traditional hand painted lettering or individually cut powder coated aluminium signage.
