Reason:

No comment/ neutral. This property is not in a CA although it does abut Albany Mews in the Riverside North CA. The proposed extension is substantial & not subservient to the original host property, however several of its neighbours appear to have been extended in a similar way. The application is missing a DAS & no details are given of the proposed new sky lights - which should be of conservation grade given their close proximity to the neighbouring CA.
