Reason for objection:
Objection. Further to our objections to 25/01442, this signage has been in place for several months without permission & breaches the LPA’s own guidance on development in CAs (CAGG). The fascia signage & front hanging sign are made of cheap plastic & should be replaced with powder coated aluminium items at a minimum. In addition, the banners at first floor level are in blatant breach of the LPA’s CAGG & should be removed forthwith (NB neighbouring premises with similar items are currently subject of enforcement complaints). Furthermore, this PA fails to address the signage to the rear (riverside) of the property, again in situ for several months without permission & consisting of cheap plastic items in breach of the CAGG.
