Reason for objection:
Objection unless revised as below. In our view the proposed new side dormer extension is somewhat incongruous, requires the removal of an original chimney stack & would spoil the symmetry of the existing roof plan. It would intrude on the public realm & cause minor harm to the character & appearance of the CA. It should therefore be removed from the proposed scheme.
