Reason for objection:

Objection. This is a locally listed building & yet the applicant’s DAS is poor/ very brief. We do not support the increase in the number of parking spaces or the location thereof. Furthermore the two existing trees/TPOs at the entrance of the property are to be removed to facilitate the construction. It is unclear whether either or both will be replaced on completion, and one appears to belong to the neighbours property.
