Reason:

Lack of detail. We do not have concerns about the alterations proposed to the rear of this property. However, the applicant wishes to replace the ‘barge boards etc’ to the front of the property as well as the fenestration to ‘match the style of the existing generally’. The application does not specify the new ‘barge boards etc’ or the new double glazed fenestration & therefore without this information including detailed product samples there is a material risk that these alterations could cause harm to the character & appearance of the property & surrounding CA.
