Reason for objection:
This is an application for the construction of a rear extension which will not be visible from the public domain. It is shown in drawings with a finish in brick tiles whereas the remainder of the building is white render which is incongruous. The finish should match the remainder of the house. The proposed windows are in matching style of the existing. No objections subject to the materials matching the existing.
