Reason:

Lack of detail. There are no artist renderings of the proposed lighting in situ so it is very difficult to get an impression of it &, in particular, its effect on the adjacent listed buildings & Fairfield. There is only one miniature CGI of the proposed roof-mounted solar panels, although they would at least appear to be concealed from the public realm.
