Reason for objection:
A poor PA that contains no renders/ CGIs of proposed scheme just a plethora of technical drawings - the DAS in particular is most unhelpful with no illustrations. The application also mentions a like for like refresh of & repairs to the locally listed building facade but apart from the addition of two ground floor window boxes provides no other information. This garden is directly adjacent to Eagle Brewery Wharf & in a prominent position on Riverside. It is currently open to the elements and therefore unintrusive. However, this PA proposes new permanent structures including faux Victorian lamp posts & metal pergolas which could cause harm to the character & appearance of the CA.
