Reason:

No objection. A large flue is already in place on the side elevation of #49 (a Chinese take away). Adding another to #51 in such close proximity is far from ideal but the extra intrusion on the public realm & impact on the CA would be limited. We offer no comment on the effect on neighbours’ residential amenity in the flats above the proposed restaurant.
