Reason for objection:
Objection unless revised as below. It is unfortunate this is a retrospective application as the fascia signage is in cheap acrylic. It should be revised to powder-coated aluminium (on risers) in order to comply with the LPA’s guidance on development in CAs & maintain the character & appearance of this grade 2 listed building.
