Reason for objection:

There are significant planning concerns with traffic management for the nursery as it is not credible that all children will arrive on foot or public transport. Cars/SUVs will stop to drop off children and this will create havoc on the A243 Upper Brighton Road. From a CA perspective, the concern is the loss of mature trees for the build of the supported living units and further development within the CA and this should be revisited in any revised submissions.
