Reason:
No objection. As the applicant states, this PA is a combination of 24/03224 & 25/02901. We found no conservation grounds for objection to either although officers refused the former owing to residential amenity concerns but it was allowed on appeal. Despite some of those concerns remaining eg lack of private outdoor amenity space & poor indoor light, we maintain our no objection.
