Reason:

No objection No changes are proposed to the front or side elevations of this property, visible from the public realm, so few/ no grounds for objection on conservation grounds. We note, however, that the proposed new rear extension, though screened from public view, would be approximately twice the size of the existing & include a depth of six metres. This does seem unduly large.
