Reason for objection:

Objection. The proposed new bike/ wheel chair store would be completely incongruous, highly visible from the public realm in what is an exposed location & cause harm to the character & appearance of this part of the CA. A far less intrusive solution should be found by the applicant. In addition, it is disappointing to read that new fenestration/ doors to the property would be of UPVC/ composite material. The applicant should take the opportunity to upgrade them to timber items more in keeping with the wider CA.
