Reason:

No objection on conservation grounds. This PA is similar to 20/02291 which was refused for failing to meet minimum space standards set out in the London Plan. Since then the London Plan has been updated, the applicant has clarified his plans & is seeking to persuade officers there is no breach of space standards - on which we make no comment.
