Reason for objection:

Objection. We cannot trace planning consent for the existing sign. The proposed new sign appears to be of similar scale ie too large & should be more discreet eg no more than half size in our view given the sensitivity of the location. On illumination, low impact halo or trough lighting is acceptable - nothing internal (the submitted plans are unclear to us on this detail). And the use of cheap vinyl finishes, as proposed, are objectionable (CAGG refers).
