Reason for objection:

Objection. This applicant is now proposing a sloping roof to the new outbuilding with eaves height of 2.5m at rear & 3m at front. Whether this is sufficient to address the refusal of 26/00989 is a matter for officers. No matter, we maintain our objection on the grounds we set out in our appraisal of 26/00989, basically over-development in a very sensitive location. We remain particularly concerned about the fate of the historic garden wall to the rear of this property.
