Reason:

Lack of detail. Little if any information given on signage materials or finish/ colour palette of proposed new shop front to this important building. We note however this applicant has proceeded without permission and started to trade which does not excuse this inadequate application. This PA only mentions a metal frame & timber side door to flat(s) above.
