Reason:

No objection.

This PA supersedes 24/02493 which we objected to & was refused by officers. The equipment store would now be attached to the therapy room (ie existing garage), rather than stand alone, which is a more satisfactory solution. This, however, will require removal of existing shrubbery which should be replaced with new soft landscaping - to be secured by condition.
