Reason:
The loss of the original rear bay window is a pity but will not be visible from the public realm. The new rear extension is of shallower depth than the existing, a positive change, but we are not fans of the proposed Juliet balcony to the second floor rear.
There are an excessive number of loft windows. They could easily remove the loft landing window and extend the stairwell window in length, as seen in many loft conversions.
