Reason:

Positive support This PA follows 25/00017 which we did not object to but flagged our preference for a front garage door more in keeping with the character & appearance of the host property. We are pleased that the applicant is seeking to address this element in their latest PA. We have no concerns with the proposed new front timber gates.
