Reason for objection:

Objection. If approved, this would be the first property in this Close to replace its front garage door with a window. The rhythm of identical architectural elements creating a cohesive urban composition will be destroyed and create a very detrimental precedent and should therefore be refused.

We are neutral on the new side gate & rear extension, the latter being hidden from public view.
