It is disappointing that these plans are not more up to date ie presented in context of 24/02315 which we objected to but was granted by officers. The proposed front dormer in 24/03212 appears somewhat wider than its neighbour, contrary to pre-app advice. The addition of sky lights to the front & rear elevations, notwithstanding new dormers, seems excessive - neighbouring properties generally do not have them. And any new skylights should be conservation type - the applicant has not specified this.
