Reason:

No objection This PA would be caught by LPA’s new Article 4 direction on growth/ concentration of HMOs in Borough. Nonetheless, impact of these plans on CA appear acceptable & street scene would match #15. Unfortunate though that new 2 storey side extension in place of existing garage is not set back from/ subservient to existing building line even if #15 is not. Also, no information on front boundary wall which needs work.
