We are generally supportive of this PA, but roof lights to new side extension should be conservation-type as they are partially visible from the public realm - this has not been specified in the PA & should be. Also, we would prefer existing UPVC windows to be replaced with traditional timber units even if largely confined to the rear of the property & hidden from public view.
