Reason:

Fairlight is locally listed. The proposal is for the replacement of the painted masonry front boundary wall and wooden gates (onto Kingston Hill) with similar materials but at an increased height (2m wall with taller piers) - and the replacement of the existing pleached trees screen with similar height to existing. The views will therefore be unaffected.
