Reason for objection:

Objection.

We objected to this applicant’s previous PA 24/01382 which was refused by officers. The only change by the applicant in 25/00126 is to remove the proposed side dormer, but the incongruous 2 storey side extension with double hipped roof & excessive industrial-style glazing to the rear elevation would remain & cause harm to the character & appearance of the CA. It should be refused.
