Reason for objection:

This property is part of a group of 9 similar fine Victorian properties built around the turn of the 20th Century. The pitch of the roofs is to the sides and though the properties are detached they are close to each other. The 5 proposed roof lights are modest in size (800x1000) and due to the proximity of the properties and the angle of the pitch of the roofs they will not be readily visible from the street. The roof windows are described as Luxite low profile but are not conservation style.
