Reason:

No objection. This PA succeeds 25/02734 which we objected to & was refused by officers. The applicant has now removed the second floor roof terrace & screening which was our main objection - although their DAS still refers to this feature together with demolition of the existing lift shaft rather than recladding of same. This contradiction should be clarified with the applicant.
