Lack of detail. This PA comprises only a regulation 5 cover letter. The building in question is grade 2 listed & therefore a LBC application is required which should contain details of the proposed works & demonstrate how they will not interfere with any historic fabric of the building. (Note that this premises is in enforcement for its non-compliant fascia signage).
