Reason:

We are very impressed with this submission for changing the use of this building from a branch of the Co-op bank to a retail outlet for Oxfam. There is a very full heritage statement which has been respected and the exterior appearance of the building will now closely resemble the original design. The internal changes and external signs should all ensure an efficient sales operation while in keeping with the age of the building.
