Reason:

No objection. This PA contains no measurements but we assume the proposed lantern would not exceed 1.5m above the roof plane of the new rear extension which would not exceed 3m in height in total. That said, the drawings show it would have a somewhat overbearing appearance by intruding on the first floor windows, even if not visible from the public realm.
