Reason:

This is a slight improvement of the previous PA (25/00779) which we objected to & was refused by officers. In particular, the new rear extension appears to be less wide than the previous application even if the ‘fussy’ mix of materials (brick, glass, timber cladding) remains intact. We regard the scheme as at the low end of less than substantial harm & the public benefit as minimal.
