no objection

Whilst we have a couple of concerns namely:
a) the commercial unit (shop) including the addition of a new toilet would be only slightly bigger than existing;
b) the encroachment of the new rear extension on the rear yard - although hidden from public view - & loss of outdoor amenity would be significant;
we find it difficult to object to this application on conservation grounds.
