Reason for objection:

This resubmitted planning application is very similar to the previous refused application with a small change only to one side of the roof on the front elevation. Therefore, SCAAC comments are the same for this application. The massing of the roof is still disproportionate to the scale of the house and is detrimental to the appearance of the CA. Solar panels should be in-line and not on-roof. In addition, Planners should consider whether large windows on the second floor rear will significantly overlook the neighbouring gardens.
