Reason:

No objection. Although we objected to the south side extension of this property, given it was subsequently approved by officers & is now in place we find it difficult to object to this latest application. Nonetheless, we place on record the material adverse effect these additions & particularly the wrap around extension of the neighbouring property (#3) have had/ will have on this detached character building & the public realm at this entry point to the CA.
