This applicant proposes to replace the existing single glazed metal framed windows with new double glazed metal framed units containing ‘heritage’ glass. It is unclear to us from the submitted plans what exactly is going on but it is imperative that the character & appearance of the existing grade 2 listed building is preserved, including eg retention of all the leaded window to the east elevation. If not, we object.
