Reason:

The applicant incorrectly states their property lies in the Old Town CA - it is in Grove Crescent CA. The proposed structure appears fairly modest in scale/ nature & would be screened from public view. Timber frame is acceptable but not a corrugated polycarbonate roof which should be glazed, tiled or thatched instead.
