Assuming there will be no alterations to the front elevation & setting of this property (not 100% clear from the PA), then works to the rear appear satisfactory in principle albeit there is a dearth of information on new materials & finishes, merely statements they will be ‘similar’ to existing. Any approval should be conditional on acceptable window/ roof light/ door & brickwork/ render/ roof tile samples prior to commencement.
