Reason for objection:
Objection. The proposed new double ventilation shaft to the rear of this property is far too dominant in scale & appearance & would intrude unacceptably on the immediately adjacent churchyard of All Saints Church, one of only three grade one listed structures in the entire Borough. The applicant must do a great deal better. We have no particular comment on the proposed new doors to the shop frontage, provided they are of a fully glazed, transparent design.
