Reason for objection:

Objection unless revised as below. The flat roof of the proposed new garage is objectionable. It should be replaced with a pitched roof design more in keeping with the look & feel of the surrounding CA, including this applicant’s more attractive neighbour at #15. Furthermore, no details have been provided of the materials for the new garage door. As it would be clearly visible from the public realm, it should be of high quality timber construction like its neighbour at #15.
