Reason:

We raised no objection to the underlying PA, 24/01908, even though officers refused it due, in their view, to the removal of x2 original chimney stacks causing less than substantial harm to the character & appearance of the CA - despite numerous precedents elsewhere on the same street. The applicant now proposes to reinstate them whilst leaving the amended roof intact. No objection.
