Reason for objection:

Objection. Painting the upper stories of this building in dark green & adding signage with text in cheap acrylic/ vinyl, including a new projecting barrel sign in acrylic & internally lit, plus a new very large ‘Guinness Time’ panel is completely at odds with the LPA’s published guidance on development in CAs & would cause harm to the character & appearance of this locally listed building & Old Town, Kingston’s premier CA. This application must therefore be refused.
