Reason:

This proposal is for a small (7m x 4m x 2.7m high) single storey flat-roofed outbuilding wedged in between the boundary brick wall (facing 4 Moor Park Gardens) and the main house. The building's back wall will be brick-faced, in-keeping with the boundary wall - and the front wall - grey composite - will not be seen except from the nearby house.
