Reason:

This application follows the previous scheme ref 25/01637/HOU for 'Erection of two storey side and first-floor rear extension' refused due to the adverse impact of the two storey side extensions and overall roof collection and proposed fenestration which CAAC objected to.

However, this application has already been approved. There are no drawings on the council's web site to show what is proposed. This is unacceptable. As both applications on this agenda do not have drawings showing what the proposals are.
