Reason for objection:

Objection unless revised as below. As the applicant states, there are a number of two storey side extensions elsewhere on Liverpool Road but not in this run of semi-detached villas. The drawings do not show the steep gradient of the Road & that the proposed extension would reach the eaves of the neighbouring property at #5 which, in our view, is too high & would cause harm to the character & appearance of the CA. These plans should therefore be revised to a single storey similar in height to the existing extension.
