Reason for objection:

Objection unless revised as below. Angled solar panels would intrude to a limited extent on the roofscape as seen from the public realm but this would be at the low end of less than substantial harm. Proposed replacement of timber fascia boards & soffits with UPVC items, however, runs counter to the LPA’s published guidance on development in CAs. Replacement items should be like for like - ie timber - instead.
